We have been using the letter service provided by NZ Cashflow Systems since the beginning of 1998 to speed up payments from slow paying accounts.
In our experience, the service has been extremely successful at providing a warning to our slow paying debtors that we are not willing to be continually denied payment of their account. In the majority of instances where we have used the service payment was immediately forthcoming.
In addition to the success of the program, we have found the service easy to administer with enough flexibility to be able to provide varying levels of 'warning' to our debtor when we feel it appropriate.
