I thought that I would drop you a line to congratulate you and your staff on a great performance since AEL started collecting debt on our behalf in early 1999.
When you came to see me at Christmas 1998, I was quite happy with our existing collection company's performance but nonetheless agreed to give AEL a trial. I'm glad I did! Not only did you outperform the incumbent company, but your collection rate was considerably higher. You are now firmly BP's preferred supplier for debt recovery.
